MPESB Hospital Assistant Recruitment 2026: Apply for Grade 4 Posts

The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) releases the recruitment notification for 1,200 Hospital Assistant (Grade 4) positions. This massive hiring drive, conducted for the Directorate of Public Health and Medical Education, offers a significant opportunity for 10th-pass students in government jobs in the healthcare sector.

Aspiring candidates can begin submitting their applications through the official MPESB portal  esb.mp.gov.in starting from May 7, 2026, to 21 May, 2026. The deadline to apply online is May 21, 2026. The board has scheduled the online written examination to commence on June 24, 2026.

Eligibility & Salary Structure

• Educational Qualification: Applicants must have passed Class 10th (High School) from a recognised board.

• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years for the Unreserved (UR) category. Relaxation up to 45 years is applicable for SC/ST/OBC and female applicants of MP domicile.

• Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 1 (INR 15,500 - INR 49,000), along with standard state government allowances.

Application Process & Fees: 

Interested applicants must ensure they have a valid MP Employment Office registration and an updated Aadhar ID before applying.

• General/UR: 500 Rs.

• SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD (MP Residents): Rs. 250

• Portal Fee: Additional Rs. 60 (for Kiosk) or Rs. 20 (Registered Citizen User).

The selection will be based strictly on a Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by document verification. The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions covering general knowledge, basic math, and reasoning.
